She currently leads a team of local lenders offering flexible, people-first mortgage solutions across Howard, Hamilton, and Marion Counties.
Beyond her professional role, Whitney is a dedicated community leader. She has served as Treasurer of the Home Builders Association of Howard County since 2019 and was appointed Commissioner for the Kokomo Housing Authority in January 2025. Her commitment to guiding clients through every milestone - from first homes to retirement transitions - reflects her belief in mortgage lending as a lifelong partnership.
Caroline brings over 35 years of lending experience to the Community First Bank team. She thoroughly understands the complexities of mortgage financing and provide clients with information they need to make the best choices for their circumstances. Caroline is very passionate about building lasting relationships and enjoys working with everyone from First Time Home Buyers through Vacation/Second Homes for retirement. Caroline loves to dream with her customers during with the New Construction process and enjoys watching their home come to life. She will be your advocate during the process and is known for going the extra mile to help ensure a smooth and seamless mortgage experience. Caroline graduated from International Business College, and she has been a resident of Kokomo since she was 5 years old.
Zach brings 10 years of direct mortgage experience to the team, with an extensive background as a Loan Processor and Loan Officer where he has earned industry awards such as the ‘Above and Beyond Award’. Additionally, he spent 4 years in the Residential Construction industry. In his spare time, Zach has coached for the Noblesville Youth Baseball League, Noblesville Elementary Football League, and the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville.
Slater has been a part of the Community First Bank team since 2019. A Kokomo native, Slater loves assisting others in finding a place to call home. Slater is focused on helping individuals and families reach their goal of buying a home or refinancing; from novice homebuyers to experienced, it is his objective to make owning your dream home a reality. Outside of work, Slater assists with the 'CFB Cares Committee' which connects bank employees to service opportunities, and he serves at Northview Church in Kokomo. He enjoys family time with his wife and two kids, good food shared with friends, and great coffee.
