Is there a fee to make an online loan payment?
A: Yes, we use a third-party vendor that will charge a convenience fee of $1.95 for a checking/saving (ACH) transaction or $4.95 for a debit card transaction. The bank does not charge any additional fees for this service.
How can I make a payment without incurring a fee?
A: If you have a Community First Bank of Indiana checking account, you can set up loan payments within online banking/mobile banking app in the Move Money tab. If you do not utilize digital banking, you can also stop in any of our branches and our team can assist you in setting up loan payments.
Why can't my loan be located in your system?
A: If you normally make payments to Community First Bank and can’t locate your loan in the system, please contact your loan officer for assistance. If you make your payment to a different company (i.e., Specialized Loan Servicing or Plaza Home Mortgage) that we partner with for loans, then you must visit their website to make a payment or contact our Local Call Center at 765-236-0600 and ask for Loan Operations.
When will I see this online payment on my loan?
A: When you make a payment using this online service it will be credited to your loan the same day.
Can I set up automatic payments through this online service?
A: Yes, you can set up automatic payments but know that it will have the extra charge each month.

What is the limit for online transactions in a day?
A: We have a limit of 3 transactions per day per loan. Bank Accounts (ACH) will have a limit of $10,000 per transaction with a fee of $1.95. Visa/Mastercard or Debit Cards will have a limit of $3,000 per transaction with a fee of $4.95. Please note: If you are paying with a debit card, the financial institution card limits will apply. Daily limits on most debit cards are $2,500 per day but you can always verify your limit with your financial institution.
